SHIPPING & DELIVERY

AutoZone.com ships via FedEx home delivery. With FedEx, you have four shipping options. If you select standard delivery, you can expect your shipment within three to five days after your order has been processed. Standard delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is not available. Rush delivery will be delivered in two days and Express will arrive the next day. Delivery duration for freight and international is typically longer than Standard delivery and will vary based on the destination address and the carrier. Free shipping promotions do not apply to freight or international shipments.
Customer is solely responsible for payment of all charges, duties, fees and taxes on freight orders, international orders or otherwise incurred.
Depending on an item’s size, weight, availability and other factors, the items in an order may be shipped as multiple shipments or may be shipped from different locations. Shipping methods for all items in an order will be the shipping options you choose at checkout. Delivery times of these items will depend on the shipping option chosen. Some portion of the order, containing special order items may be charged on order submission.

RETURNS

To return a product to an AutoZone store, bring back an item in its original condition and packaging, with receipt, within 90 days of the purchase date to request a refund. Return a defective item within the warranty period. Requests for refunds may be denied if the item has been used or installed.
AutoZone reserves the right to require a valid government-issued photo ID for all returns that will be recorded at the time of the return. Information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database of customer return activity. AutoZone accepts the following IDs for returns: U.S. or Canadian Driver’s License, U.S. State ID, Canadian Province ID, U.S. Military ID, Mexican Voter Registration Card, Passport, and U.S. Laser Visa.
If you are returning an item(s) and you no longer have the receipt(s), contact AutoZone Customer Support at 800.288.6966 to request the transaction information for your order. The customer service representative will also explain the process for returning your item(s) to the nearest AutoZone store.

I had a headlight out and either a repair shop would not install for free or would charge me as much or twice as much for the service. But as a last resort I went to autozone in Fort Myers and to my surprise the associate offered to fix it for me free of charge. So I purchased the part I needed and it was installed in less than 10 minutes. That truly saved my day. Now it will be my first choice with any of my vehicles manageable maintenance.

I got to give this guy kudos. I called another store in Wichita and spoke to someone who did not even know how to operate the computer. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused let me talk to the manager. Told me the manager would reel me the same thing. I called store number 1610 and got in touch with a guy name Chad. This guy was so helpful he apologize for the other people looked the part up for me and was very kind and courteous. AutoZone made a good choice when they hired him. This man is dedicated and knowledgeable thank you very much Chad and have a great day.
